Asian Marinade

Marinades both tenderize and add flavor to beef steaks.

Makes enough marinade for up to three pounds of meat.

Ingredients

• 1 small Onion diced
• 3 cloves Garlic minced
• 1/2 cup Peanut Oil
• 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
• 2 tsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Pepper
• 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger grated

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Marinade meat in mixture for between six and twenty-four hours.
