Cook the broccoli. Steam if using fresh. Boil if using frozen.
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake in a preheated 400 deg F. oven for thirty minutes.
You can substitute 1/4 cup of milk for two of the eggs.
