Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple (including any juice from can) and frozen peaches. Add bananas (optional). Spread half of mixture in 9x12 flat pan and let mixture congeal.
Spread Cool Whip on top, then pour remainder of mixture over this.
Can be kept in refrigerator for several days if bananas are left out.
