Raisin Sauce

This is a sauce for Baked Ham.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1 1/2 cup Broth from Ham, or boullion
• 1/4 cup Vinegar
• 1/2 cup Raisins
• 1 Lemon thinly sliced
• 1 Tbsp. Shortening or Butter

Directions

Mix sugar and cornstarch in double boiler. Add broth gradually, stirring constantly. Add other ingredients.

Cook until raisins are plump and the mixture begins to thicken.
