Ingredients

• 1 small Onion diced
• 3 cloves Garlic minced
• 1/2 cup Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Lime Juice
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Pepper
• 2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro minced
• 1 tsp. Cumin ground

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Marinade meat in mixture for between six and twenty-four hours.
