Sponge Cake

Ingredients

• 4 Eggs beaten
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 cups Flour all purpose
• 3 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions

Beat together the eggs and sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well.

Heat together the butter and milk, and add to first mixture.

Add vanilla, and place in greased angel cake pan.

Bake at 325 deg. F until done.
