Ingredients

• 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
• 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
• 1 large Egg beaten
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 small Onion chopped
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper ground
• 1/2 tsp. Mustard Seed ground
• 1/4 tsp. Sage rubbed
• 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/2 cup Tomato Catsup

Directions

Mix all ingredients but the catsup. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan (8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" or 9" x 5" x 3"). Spoon catsup over the top.

Bake uncovered in a 350 deg. F oven until done --- 60 to 75 minutes.
