• 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
• 2 Tablespoons Water
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Vinegar
• 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root minced or grated
• 1/2 Scallion thinly sliced
• 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
