Steak Marinade

This is our usual marinade for grilled steak.

Makes enough for one to two pounds of meat

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
• 1/2 cup Tomato Catsup
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Directions

Mix ingredients well. Marinade steak in mixture for between 2 and 24 hours.

You can add 1/2 tsp. ground ginger to this recipe to provide an Asian zing.
